开发建设项目水土保持监理是贯彻落实水土保持相关法律法规,落实水土保持设施“三同时”制度的重要内容。结合开发建设项目水土保持监理工作的实践,从监理工作的目的和意义、监理依据、组织机构和人员、监理范围、任务和方法等方面进行探讨,并提出相关建议。 Soil and water conservation supervision of development and construction projects is an important part of implementing laws and regulations related to soil and water conservation and implementing the “three simultaneous” system of soil and water conservation facilities. In combination with the practice of soil and water conservation supervision and management of development and construction projects, this paper discusses the purpose and significance of supervision work, the basis of supervision, the organization and personnel, the scope of supervision, tasks and methods, and puts forward some suggestions.
