目的通过查体和调查问卷分析蒙古族大学生骨质状况及其相关影响因素。方法使用GE EXPRESSⅡ超声骨密度测量仪对919名20~23岁蒙古族大学生(其中男生403名,女生516名)进行骨强度指数测量,采用问卷调查其生活方式,并通过计算T值评估其骨质状况。结果蒙古族大学生骨强度指数以及骨质正常率均表现为随年龄增加先升高后降低的趋势。蒙古族男生骨强度指数高于女生,但是蒙古族女生骨质正常率高于男生,其中各年龄组以及城镇、乡村各组间,蒙古族女生均未发现骨质疏松。Logistic回归分析显示,吸烟情况、锻炼情况为蒙古族大学生骨质异常的主要影响因素。与其他民族、地区的大学生比较发现,蒙古族男生骨强度指数较高,而蒙古族女生骨强度指数较低,且蒙古族男女大学生骨质状况差异无统计学意义。结论蒙古族大学生骨质状况良好,加强运动,减少吸烟可改善骨质状况。
Objective To analyze the bone status of Mongolian college students and its related influencing factors by physical examination and questionnaire. Methods 919 Mongolian college students aged from 20 to 23 years (403 boys and 516 girls) were measured with GE EXPRESS II ultrasonic bone mineral density meter. The bone strength index was measured by questionnaire, and the bone mineral density Quality status. Results Mongolian college students’ bone strength index and normal bone rate all showed the tendency of increasing firstly and then decreasing with the increasing of age. The bone strength index of Mongolian boys was higher than that of girls, but the Mongolian girls’ bone quality was higher than that of boys, among them, no osteoporosis was found among Mongolian girls in all age groups, towns and villages. Logistic regression analysis showed that the prevalence of smoking and exercise were the main influencing factors of bone anomalies in Mongolian college students. Compared with college students in other ethnic groups and regions, Mongolian boys had higher bone strength index, while Mongolian girls had lower bone strength index, and there was no significant difference in the bone quality between Mongolian boys and girls. Conclusion Mongolian college students are in a good condition of bone quality, strengthen the exercise and reduce smoking can improve the status of bone.
