以中国初级英语学习者为研究对象,运用常规的定量方法并结合有声思维和访谈,考察翻译任务中关系从句习得的难度层级,检验英语关系从句习得顺序的两个重要假设,并深入探究了不同翻译任务中关系从句习得难度层级差异的可能原因。结果发现:1)两项翻译任务中,OS,OO,SS的准确度分布一致,即OS>OO>SS,而SO在汉译英任务中准确度最低,在英译汉中准确度较高;2)PDH更好地预测了关系从句的习得难度层级,NPAH只在产出任务中有显著作用;3)任务特征、学习者的加工策略和其拥有的关系从句知识结构三者相互作用影响了4类关系从句习得的难度层级。
Taking Chinese elementary English learners as object of study, this paper uses conventional quantitative methods combined with vocal thinking and interviews to examine the difficulty level of relational clauses in translation tasks and to test two important hypotheses about the order of English relation clauses. Possible Causes of Differences in the Level of Difficulty in the Relationship Sentences in Different Translation Tasks. The results show that: 1) The accuracy of OS, OO and SS are consistent in the two translation tasks, ie OS> OO> SS. However, the accuracy of SO is the lowest among CE translation tasks and the accuracy is higher in CE translation. 2) PDH better predicts the level of difficulty of acquiring relational clauses, and NPAH only plays a significant role in the output task; 3) The interaction of task characteristics, learner’s processing strategies and the clausal knowledge structure owned by them The difficulty level of the four types of relational clause acquisition.
