对于公称最大粒径在26.5 mm以上的大粒径沥青混凝土路面,离析问题在施工中较难解决。离析造成沥青混凝土层透水,并导致局部早期水损坏。在摊铺环节采用转运车后,自卸车将混合料卸在转运车上,转运车一边对混合料进行二次拌和、不间断地向摊铺机供料,一边与摊铺机完全同步前进,有效地减少混合料的温度离析和集料离析现象,并实现连续摊铺,是保证沥青混凝土路面综合质量的重要措施。
For the large-size asphalt concrete pavement whose nominal maximum particle size is above 26.5 mm, the problem of segregation is more difficult to be solved in construction. Segregation results in percolation of the bituminous concrete layer and causes localized early water damage. After the transfer car is used in the paving stage, the dump truck unloads the mixture on the transfer car, while the transfer car re-mixes the mixture for uninterrupted feeding to the paver while moving forward completely with the paver. Effectively reduce the temperature and aggregate segregation phenomenon, and to achieve continuous paving is an important measure to ensure the overall quality of asphalt concrete pavement.
