基于滚筒法成膜过程中各因素之间存在一定的交互关系,采取二次回归正交组合设计法设计试验,利用综合评分法、惩罚函数法等优化方法,通过计算机处理试验数据,建立回归方程,最终得出试验指标较佳的工艺参数组合。通过研究,掌握滚筒法生产水溶膜过程中的干燥规律,初步得出滚筒法成膜的干燥理论,对水溶膜生产设备的进一步改进设计提供了理论依据,具有一定的现实意义。
Based on the interaction between the various factors in the film-forming process by roller method, the quadratic regression orthogonal design method was adopted to design the experiment. The optimization method such as comprehensive score method and penalty function method was used to process the experimental data by computer and establish the regression equation , Finally obtained the experimental parameters of the better combination of process parameters. By studying and mastering the drying law in the process of producing water-soluble film by drum method, the drying theory of film-forming by drum method is initially obtained, which provides theoretical basis for further improvement design of water-soluble film production equipment, and has certain practical significance.
