本文利用浅PN结对短波长光的响应比较灵敏,深PN结对长波长光的响应比较灵敏的原理,提出一种壶状PN结的结构形式,以扩大光谱响应范围,提高电流响应.实验收到了预期的效果,而且与理论分析计算结果比较符合.
In this paper, we use the principle that the shallow PN junction is sensitive to short-wavelength light and the deep PN junction is sensitive to long-wavelength light. This paper proposes a pot-shaped PN junction structure to enlarge the spectral response range and improve the current response. Expected results, and more in line with the theoretical analysis and calculation results.
