本文采用三级沉降技术对搅拌站洗刷废水进行处理,得到的回收水经化检分析,可作为混凝土拌合用水。为探究回收水对混凝土性能的影响,按一定比例用回收水取代自来水开展试验研究。结果表明:回收水掺量低于40%时,对混凝土拌合物性能、力学性能和抗碳化性能影响较小;掺量超过40%时,混凝土拌合物性能、力学性能和抗碳化性能都有变差的趋势,但是幅度较小,能满足施工要求。
In this paper, three-stage settling technology was used to treat the scrubbing wastewater in the mixing plant. The recovered water was analyzed by chemical analysis and used as water for concrete mixing. To explore the impact of recycled water on the performance of concrete, according to a certain percentage of recycled water instead of tap water to carry out pilot studies. The results show that when the content of recycled water is less than 40%, the performance of concrete admixture, mechanical properties and carbonation resistance are insignificant. When the content of recycled water exceeds 40%, the properties of concrete admixture, mechanical properties and carbonation resistance There is a tendency to deteriorate, but to a lesser extent to meet the construction requirements.
