《普通高中英语课程标准(实验)》对每一级中学生应掌握的词汇和习惯用语提出明确要求。本文借助CLEC语料库的40篇国内中学生作文(20篇说明文和20篇记叙文)及LOCNESS语料库的16篇国外中学生作文,通过使用RANGE和SPSS等软件,从词汇多样性、词汇复杂性、词汇密度和词汇错误四个维度对国内两种体裁的中学作文进行对比,并将国外中学生语料作为参照。研究表明:国内外高中生在词汇多样性和词汇复杂性方面存在显著差异,并且不同体裁的文章在这两个方面也存在不同;国内高中生的词汇错误主要集中于拼写错误和句子结构错误上。
The “Standard English Curriculum for General Senior High School (Experiment)” sets out clearly the vocabulary and idioms that middle school students should master. This article uses the CLEC corpus of 40 domestic secondary school composition (20 explanatory articles and 20 narratives) and LOCNESS corpus of 16 foreign high school students writing, through the use of RANGE and SPSS and other software, from the vocabulary diversity, vocabulary complexity, vocabulary density and vocabulary The four dimensions of errors compare the composition of the two genres in secondary schools in China, and take the foreign students’ corpus as a reference. The results show that there are significant differences in terms of vocabulary diversity and vocabulary complexity between domestic and foreign high school students, and articles of different genres also differ in these two aspects. The vocabulary errors of domestic high school students mainly focus on spelling mistakes and sentence structure mistakes .
