目的探讨体外汉防己甲素对氟康唑抗白念珠菌活性是否有增效作用。方法参照微量稀释法确定汉防己甲素对白念珠菌的非细胞毒性剂量,并测定氟康唑单独及联合汉防己甲素时对16株白念珠菌的MIC。结果在终质量浓度≤40μg/ml汉防己甲素的作用下,白念珠菌的存活率>95%。其中汉防己甲素(30~40μg/mL)可抑制白念珠菌菌丝相形成。氟康唑单独作用时,对16株白念珠菌的MIC值为0.250~64μg/mL;与汉防己甲素(40μg/mL)联合时,氟康唑对受试菌的MIC值降至0.125~16μg/mL,且终点清晰,“拖尾现象”消火。结论汉防己甲素在体外对氟康唑的抗白念珠菌活性有增效作用。
Objective To investigate whether synergistic effects of tetrandrine in vitro on the activity of fluconazole against Candida albicans. Methods The non-cytotoxic dose of tetrandrine against Candida albicans was determined with reference to the microdilution method, and the MIC of 16 Candida albicans isolates was determined with fluconazole alone and in combination with tetrandrine. Results The survival rate of Candida albicans was >95% under the final concentration of ≤40 μg/ml tetrandrine. Tetrandrine (30-40 μg/mL) can inhibit the formation of Candida albicans mycelia. When fluconazole was used alone, the MIC value of 16 Candida albicans strains was 0.250 to 64 μg/mL; when combined with tetrandrine (40 μg/mL), the MIC value of fluconazole against the tested strains decreased. 0.125 ~ 16μg/mL, and the end point is clear, “tailing phenomenon” eliminate fire. Conclusion Tetrandrine has a synergistic effect against fluconazole against Candida albicans in vitro.
