针对未确知测度模型简单、实用和可靠的特点,采用未确知理论建立了起重机安全状况评价模型来评价桥式起重机安全状况。运用未确知测度模型,将评价指标属性看做是未确知的,通过置信度λ确定桥式起重机的安全状况。实例研究表明,运用末确知测度模型进行起重机安全评价,理论上是合理的,计算结果是可信的。本方法既考虑了空间的有序性,也考虑了信息的不确定性,使评价结果更趋向合理、精细。
Aiming at the simple, practical and reliable characteristics of the unascertained measure model, an unascertained theory was used to establish a crane safety evaluation model to evaluate the safety of overhead traveling cranes. By using the unascertained measure model, the attribute of the evaluation index is regarded as unascertained, and the bridge crane’s safety status is confirmed by the confidence level λ. The case study shows that the safety assessment of crane by using the last-known measure model is theoretically reasonable and the calculation result is credible. The method not only considers the spatial orderliness but also considers the uncertainty of the information, making the evaluation results more reasonable and precise.
