文化背景知识的导入一直是高级英语课程的一项重要教学内容。笔者尝试以学习资料库建设这一实践教学活动来培养学生自主学习文化背景知识的能力。为检验实际效果,学生在活动后完成了自我评价。通过对评价数据的统计与分析,笔者力求证明这种自主学习方式的有效性,从而为高级英语课程改革开辟新的途径。
The introduction of cultural background knowledge has always been an important teaching content of advanced English courses. The author tries to build this practical teaching activity by learning the database to cultivate the students’ ability to learn the cultural background independently. To test the actual effect, students completed self-evaluation after the activity. Through the statistics and analysis of the evaluation data, the author tries hard to prove the validity of this kind of autonomous learning and thus opens up a new way for the reform of advanced English curriculum.
