越来越多的实践证明,仅有教师本身的勤勉是远远不够的,教学的目标是挖掘学生的潜力,发挥学生的主观能动性,让他们在课堂上动起来,自我学习,教师的角色是指导者、引路人,学生的角色不仅仅是倾听者,他们更多的时候是参与者、开拓者。
More and more practice proves that it is far from enough that only the teachers themselves are diligent. The goal of teaching is to tap the potential of students, give play to students’ subjective initiative, make them move in the classroom and learn by themselves. The teacher’s role is Mentors, pilots, students are not just listeners, they are more participants, pioneers.
