焊接技术作为一种重要的加工工艺在飞机发动机以及运载火箭的制造过程中发挥着至关重要的作用。电子束焊接具有工件变形小,焊接效率高等特点,不仅能够实现航天结构减重,还能为其综合性能的提升提供技术支持,具有传统焊接工艺无法企及的技术优势。本文根据笔者实践工作经验,就电子束焊接技术发展及其在航空航天领域的应用问题进行了简要探讨分析。
As an important processing technology, welding technology plays a crucial role in the manufacture of aircraft engines and launch vehicles. Electron beam welding with small deformation of the workpiece, welding and high efficiency, not only to achieve aerospace structural weight loss, but also to enhance its overall performance to provide technical support, with traditional welding technology can not match the technical advantages. Based on the author’s practical experience, this paper briefly discusses the development of electron beam welding technology and its application in the field of aeronautics and astronautics.
