目的探讨三维超声对各类单角子宫的分型诊断价值。方法选择2011年1月1日至2013年11月20日来我院就诊,临床可疑单角子宫的患者,先行二维超声检查初步诊断,然后行三维超声成像明确诊断。结果①二维及三维超声检查共发现单角子宫39例,其中Ⅲ型单角子宫30例,Ⅳ型单角子宫6例,Ⅱ型单角子宫3例;②二维结合三维超声对单角子宫的诊断与手术及三维超声造影诊断结果对比符合率达100%。结论二维超声联合三维超声检查将成为各类单角子宫分型诊断的首选检查方法 。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of three-dimensional ultrasonography in the classification of various single-angle uterus. Methods From January 1, 2011 to November 20, 2013 to our hospital for treatment, patients with clinically suspected single angle uterus, the first two-dimensional ultrasound examination of the initial diagnosis, and then three-dimensional ultrasound imaging diagnosis. Results ①A total of 39 cases of unicorns were found by 2D and 3D ultrasound examinations, including 30 cases of type Ⅲ single horn, 6 cases of type IV single horn and 3 cases of type Ⅱ single angle uterus. Uterine diagnosis and surgery and three-dimensional contrast-enhanced diagnostic contrast rate of 100%. Conclusion Two-dimensional ultrasound combined with three-dimensional ultrasonography will be the first choice for the diagnosis of all kinds of single-angle uterus.
