软土地基上的多层建筑,采用减沉复合疏桩基础,既能有效利用天然地基的承载能力,又能充分发挥桩对地基沉降的控制作用,与常规桩基础相比,大大减少了用桩数量,从而显著降低了工程造价。简述软土地基上减沉复合疏桩基础的承载特性,并结合一些工程体会,对减沉复合疏桩基础的设计原则和设计方法进行详细的介绍和分析。
The multi-storey building on the soft soil foundation, by using the composite piles-sinking foundation, can not only effectively utilize the bearing capacity of the natural foundation but also give full play to the control effect of the piles on the subsidence of the foundation. Compared with the conventional pile foundation, The number of piles, thus significantly reducing the project cost. This paper briefly describes the bearing capacity of composite foundation with thinning on the soft soil foundation. Combined with some engineering experiences, the design principles and design methods of the composite foundation with thinning are introduced and analyzed in detail.
