我们平项山矿务局一矿是五十年代末兴建的一对大型矿井,经过多次改扩建,年生产能力达到四百万吨。近年来,随着机械化程度和原煤产量的提高,材料储备资金有所上升,1990年平均占用331.03万元,给企业带来了经济负担。为深入开展“质量、品种、效益年”活动,扭转我矿流动资金紧张的状况,压缩材料储备资金占用,我们运用价值工程的管理手段从提高材料的必要储备功能出发,通过消除过剩储备功能,系统调整材料的储备结构进行了科学的管理。
The first mine of the Pingxiangshan Mining Bureau was a pair of large-scale mines built in the late 1950s. After several renovations and expansions, the annual production capacity reached four million tons. In recent years, with the increase in the level of mechanization and production of raw coal, the reserve funds for materials have risen. In 1990, an average of 331.03 million yuan was used, which brought economic burden to enterprises. In order to deepen the “Quality, Variety, and Benefit Years” activities, reverse the tight liquidity situation of our mine, and reduce the occupation of funds for material reserves, we use value-based engineering management methods to improve the material’s necessary reserve functions and eliminate excessive reserve capacity. The system adjusts the reserve structure of materials for scientific management.
