针对我国高频振动筛的现状,研制出了新型2448高频振动筛,并采用数值分析与试验相结合的方法对其动态特性进行了分析。结果表明,2448型高频振动筛固有频率与工作频率保持在合理的范围内,可有效避免共振;各零部件的等效应力值小于许用应力值,筛机强度及刚度较高,有效抑制了结构的弹性变形,该设备能够满足长期在交变载荷工况下工作。
In view of the status quo of high frequency shale shaker in our country, a new type of 2448 high frequency shale shaker was developed. The dynamic characteristics of the 2448 high frequency shale shaker were analyzed by the combination of numerical analysis and experiment. The results show that the natural frequency and working frequency of 2448 high-frequency vibrating screen are kept within a reasonable range, which can effectively avoid resonance. The equivalent stress of each component is less than the allowable stress value, and the strength and rigidity of the screen machine are high, effectively inhibiting The structure of the elastic deformation, the device can meet the long-term work under alternating load conditions.
