The Party construction of non-public economic organizations is a brand new area of Party building, as well as a significant and realistic problem faced by the Chinese Communist Party. Currently, our Country is in the important phase of social transformation and economic transition, which presents new challenges to the Party’s grassroots organization constructions, especially with the Non-public economic organizations. Under the new situation, how the ruling Communist Party of China accomplish the construction of the non-public economic organizations, thus guiding the healthy development of non-public economy and realizing the leadership of this field, is a major problem directly related to the realization of the grand objective our Party has put forward, that is to build a well-off society in an all-round way by the year2020and accomplished the modernization of China by the middle of this century. By using research methods such as literature research, empirical research and comparative analysis, basing on the developing reality of non-public economic organizations in Cangnan county, Zhejiang Province, this paper deeply researches the actual status and characteristics of party construction in non-public economic organizations and proposes ideas and operational methods to strengthen the party construction in non-public economic organizations.The paper covers five sections as below:The first section explains research background, aims, objects and methods of thesis, collects and analyzes previous related literature, and gives out logic method of the thesis. The second section clarifies the concept and development of non-public economic organizations in China, analyzes the origin of Party-Building in non-public economic organizations, and explainers the content and practice methods of Party construction. Based on the development situation and developing course of party construction of non-public economic organizations in Cangnan county, according to questionnaires, the third section of the paper elaborates the present state of party construction with non-public economic organizations in Cangnan county. The fourth section clarifies the problems and difficulties exist in Cangnan county’s party construction of non-public economic organization from aspects as unclear orientation, difficulties in party construction, uncertainty of established means, management difficulties in floating party members and analyzes the reasons about these problems.The fifth section put forward methods to strengthen the party construction from the reality of non-public economic organizations, which include raising working awareness, removing managers’worries, rationally establishing party origination, strengthening development and education management for party members, and proposes practical strategies3bout specified work in Party construction of non-public economic organizations.
