以Cr4+∶YAG晶体作为可饱和吸收体 ,氙灯作为抽运源 ,实现了Nd3 +∶YAG晶体在 0 946 μm波长处的调Q运转。激光脉冲宽度为 38ns ,能量为 1 7mJ。
With the Cr4 +: YAG crystal as the saturable absorber and the xenon lamp as the pumping source, the Q-switched operation of Nd3 +: YAG crystal at the wavelength of 0 946 μm was achieved. The laser pulse width is 38 ns and the energy is 17 mJ.
