长春市五环体育馆是第六届亚冬会的主要比赛场地,为了确保亚冬会正常使用场馆,长春市体育局委托长春市测绘院对五环体育馆进行变形观测测量。要求平面监测周期6个月,高程监测周期15天。长春市测绘院组织相关人员,对此项工程实施2年的变形观测工作,由于场地在施工过程中将水平位移监测网3个基点破坏,对变形观测工作带来了一定苦难,为满足工程建设及变形观测需要,采取复测现有控制网的方法,对所测控制网的点位坐标值进行比较,通过比较发现一定的规律,用没有变化点的坐标方法推算其它点的真值坐标,用新的坐标值求取变形点的真值。
