在幼儿群体中,或多或少地存在一部分容易被同伴和教师忽视的个体,他们就像教室中的隐形人,安静、害羞、独自玩耍。家庭教育中的各种不完美,以及教师有意无意的忽略、幼儿自身的气质是导致这一现象产生的主要因素。要改善这部分幼儿的社会行为方式,需要教师、家长和幼儿自身的共同努力,三方合力才能快速有效地促进被忽视幼儿社会性的发展,增强其适应社会的能力。
In young children, there are more or less some individuals who are easily neglected by peers and teachers. They are like invisible people in the classroom who are quiet, shy and play alone. The various imperfections in family education, as well as the teachers’ neglect of intentional or unintentional behaviors, the children’s own temperament is the main factor leading to this phenomenon. To improve the social behavior of these children requires the joint efforts of teachers, parents and young children themselves. Only by tripartite cooperation can we promote the social development of neglected children quickly and effectively and enhance their ability to adapt to society.
