科学工作者试图将固氮细菌接种于不结瘤植物根区以提高与植物的联合固氮活性及其产量。曾报道过大量关于固氮螺菌接种到田间种植和盆栽条件下的旱地禾谷类和牧草中,Boddey和Dobereiner汇总了这些报告。但很少见对水田水稻接种的报道。水田水稻茎基部和根部的固氮细菌的计数和鉴定表明,固氮螺菌和假单胞菌是占优势的。在酸性雨灌土壤中,与水稻结合的固氮细菌数和固氮活性都比中性灌溉土壤低。本文报道了对水田水稻接种产脂固氮螺菌或假单胞菌的盆栽试验结果。
Scientists tried to inoculate nitrogen-fixing bacteria in the root zone of non-nodulated plants to increase the combined nitrogen fixation activity with plants and their yield. Boddey and Dobereiner have reported extensively on inoculum of Azadamia sp. On dryland cereals and pasture under field planting and potting conditions. However, rare reports of paddy rice inoculation. Counting and identification of nitrogen-fixing bacteria in the base and root of paddy rice showed that Azospirilum and Pseudomonas were predominant. In acid rain and irrigated soils, the number of nitrogen-fixing bacteria and nitrogen fixation activity associated with rice were lower than that of neutral irrigated soils. This paper reports the results of a pot experiment in paddy rice paddy inoculated with lipid-fixing Azospirillum lipase or Pseudomonas sp.
