“视唱练耳”作为高校音乐专业学生的专业基础课程之一,它是由“视唱”和“练耳”两个部分组成,而“练耳”作为培养学生音乐的听辨能力和记忆能力的重要途径,其教学质量的高低直接影响着学生基本音乐素质和音乐能力的发展;随着教学体制的不断改革,传统“视唱练耳”中的练耳教学理念已经很难满足当代高校音乐教育对学生素质要求的需要,因此对高校练耳教学进行多元化改革和发展就显得十分的重要了。本文笔者通过对高校练耳教学存在的重要性作出了简单介绍,分析了当前高校练耳教学中存在的一些问题,从而提出了几点关于练耳教学多元化改革的措施,希望能够对从事研究练耳教学改革的研究者们有所帮助,也希望能够对工作在第一线的音乐教育工作者们有所裨益。

The author of this article made a brief introduction of the importance of practicing ear teaching in colleges and universities and analyzed some problems in current practice of ear ear training in colleges and universities. Then, some measures were put forward to diversify the ear teaching practice, Researchers in ear training reform have been helpful and hopefully will benefit music education workers who work in the forefront.
