现有自动发电控制(AGC)容量确定方法只考虑了安全性,因而造成计算结果偏大,而已有的优先顺序法只考虑用一种指标进行AGC机组选择。文中利用统计分析方法,通过考察发电机组AGC执行历史数据来确定不同AGC容量需求对应的概率;并在AGC运行费用中计入了因调节容量不足所造成的惩罚费用,将AGC运行费用最低点的概率所对应的AGC容量作为系统所需AGC调节容量。同时,提出了可考虑多种指标的改进型优先顺序法,该方法可综合考虑性能和价格两方面的因素。通过对某省实际电网的算例分析,验证了所提出的方法的可行性和实用性。
Existing AGC capacity determination methods only consider the safety, resulting in large calculation results. However, the existing priority method only considers selecting an AGC unit with one index. In this paper, the statistical analysis method is used to determine the probabilities of different AGC capacity requirements by examining the AGC execution history data of the generating units. The AGC operating costs include the penalties incurred due to insufficient regulation capacity, and the lowest AGC operating costs The AGC capacity corresponding to the probability is used as the AGC adjustment capacity required by the system. In the meantime, an improved prioritization method that considers a variety of indicators is proposed, which considers both performance and price factors. Through the analysis of an actual example of a provincial power grid, the feasibility and practicability of the proposed method are verified.
