随车起重机臂体生产过程中的焊接变形会造成制造精度降低,焊后加工的工艺流程制约生产效率的提升。通过优化工艺路线,提出分散加工、分组加工的方法,有效控制整体焊接变形,并通过将整体加工优化为多个工艺组件的方式保证臂体结构件加工面及孔的精度。通过工艺优化,不仅提升了臂体结构件的制造精度,而且提高了产品加工效率,降低了人工成本和设备投入。
Truck crane arm in the production process of welding deformation will result in lower manufacturing precision, welding process constraints restricting the production efficiency. By optimizing the process route, a method of decentralized processing and grouping processing is put forward to effectively control the overall welding deformation. The overall processing is optimized to a number of process components to ensure the accuracy of the machined surface and the hole of the arm structure. Through process optimization, not only improve the manufacturing accuracy of the arm structure parts, but also improve product processing efficiency and reduce labor costs and equipment investment.
