甘麦大枣汤对“怒”模型大鼠行为学特征的影响

目的:研究甘麦大枣汤对“怒”模型大鼠行为学特征的影响。方法:将40只Wistar雄性大鼠随机分成正常组、模型组、甘麦大枣汤组和香芍颗粒组,每组10只。除正常组外,其余各组以社会隔离与居住入侵方法进行“怒”模型大鼠复制。28d完成造模后,各组开始给予相应的干预措施,其中,模型组、甘麦大枣汤组和香芍颗粒组继续以造模方法给予相应的刺激。香芍颗粒组大鼠灌服香芍颗粒药液(浓度为0.1g/m L);甘麦大枣汤组灌服甘麦大枣汤浓缩药液2m L;正常组和模型组灌服等体积的蒸馏水,均1次/d。各组均干预28d。观察体质量变化情况,同时运用旷场实验、攻击行为测试观察大鼠的行为学变化情况。结果:造模28d后,模型组、甘麦大枣汤组、香芍颗粒组较正常组体质量减轻(P<0.01);水平运动距离明显延长(P<0.05,P<0.01);直立次数明显增多(P<0.05);攻击次数、攻击时间显著增多(P<0.01);攻击潜伏期时间明显缩短(P<0.01);攻击行为总分增高(P<0.05)。干预后,甘麦大枣汤组、香芍颗粒组与模型组比较,各项指标改善的差异性显著(P<0.01),而甘麦大枣汤组与香芍颗粒组比较,各项指标改善的差异无统计学意义。结论:甘麦大枣汤通过改善“怒”模型大鼠的行为学特征,对异常“怒”发挥调整作用。 Objective: To study the effects of Ganmai Dazao Decoction on the behavioral characteristics of rats with “rage” model. Methods: Forty Wistar male rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group, Ganmaizaozao decoction group and Xiang-shao granule group, with 10 rats in each group. Except for the normal group, all the other groups were replicated in the “anger” rat model by means of social isolation and intrusion. After the model was established on the 28th day, each group began to give corresponding interventions. Among them, model group, Ganmaizaozao decoction group and Xiang-shao granule group continued to give corresponding stimulations by modeling method. Shantao granule group rats were fed with Shaofei granule liquid (concentration of 0.1g / m L); Ganmaidazao soup group was fed with 2m L of Ganmaidazao decoction liquid; normal group and model group were fed with Volume of distilled water, all 1 / d. All groups were intervention 28d. Observed changes in body mass, while using open field experiments, behavioral tests to observe behavioral changes in rats. Results: After 28 days of modeling, the quality of model group, Ganmaidazao decoction group and Xiang-shao granule group were lighter than those of normal group (P <0.01); the distance of horizontal movement was significantly longer (P <0.05, P <0.01) (P <0.05). The number of attack and attack time were significantly increased (P <0.01). The latency of attack latency was significantly shorter (P <0.01) and the total attack score increased (P <0.05). After intervention, the differences of each index between the two groups were significant (P <0.01), while those of Ganmaizaozao decoction and Xiangchao granule group were significantly lower than those of the model group No significant difference was found between the two groups. Conclusion: Ganmai jujube decoction can improve the abnormal behavior of “anger” by improving the behavioral characteristics of “anger” model rats.
