Objective To compare the test anxiety levels of medical students with different types of behavior and to explore the relationship between behavior types and test anxiety. Methods A total of 105 A-type behavioral questionnaires were randomly selected from 30 college students for behavioral assessment of A-type behavior and Type-B behavioral groups, and the anxiety self-rating scale (SAS) Determination of anxiety levels 30 minutes before the exam. Results The test anxiety scores of type A and B patients were significantly higher than those of patients with normal anxiety (P0.01), but were significantly higher in type A patients (P0.01) There was no significant difference in the usual anxiety scores of behavior types (P> 0.05). There was significant difference in test anxiety scores among different types of behavior (P <0.01). Conclusion Type A behavior type has more intense test anxiety reaction than type B behavior type, which suggests that students who take type A type of behavior should actively conduct test anxiety intervention
