目的:通过功效成分与外观性状的综合评价,优选禹白芷药材的适宜产地干燥加工技术,为根类中药材的干燥加工提供示范。方法:采用晒干、阴干、热风干燥、中波红外干燥等19种方式对禹白芷进行干燥加工。HPLC-PAD法分析不同干燥方法加工的禹白芷中香豆素类化学成分含量;GC-MS法分析其挥发油组成,并采用内标法定量;采用综合评分法评价外观性状。结果:禹白芷药材中总香豆素含量晒干组高于阴干组,热风变温干燥组整体均较高,恒温干燥组干燥温度与香豆素类成分含量呈反比。挥发油类成分热风变温干燥组整体均较高,恒温干燥组干燥温度与挥发油类成分含量呈反比。外观评价结果表明,热风50℃干燥组最好,其次为晒干组、阴干组、中波红外50℃组。结论:综合考虑干燥时间、外观、功效成分含量,推荐禹白芷干燥加工使用热风干燥,设备为控温控湿热风干燥机,其适宜温度为50℃,排湿湿度为35%。该方法可为白芷等根类中药材的适宜干燥技术规范的形成提供参考。
OBJECTIVE: To provide a demonstration for the drying processing of Chinese herbal medicines rooted by the comprehensive evaluation of the effective components and appearance traits, and to optimize the suitable drying technique for the production of Yu Baizhi herbs. Methods: Drying, drying, hot-air drying, medium-wave infrared drying and other 19 ways to dry Angelica dahurica. HPLC-PAD method was used to analyze the contents of coumarins in Yu Baizhi processed by different drying methods. The composition of volatile oil was analyzed by GC-MS and quantified by internal standard method. The appearance score was evaluated by comprehensive score method. Results: The content of total coumarin in Yu Baizhi was higher than that in the shade-drying group, while the temperature and temperature in the drying group were higher. The drying temperature in the drying group was inversely proportional to the content of coumarins. Volatile oil composition of the hot air temperature drying group were higher, the drying temperature constant temperature and volatile oil composition was inversely proportional. The results of appearance evaluation showed that hot air at 50 ℃ was the best, followed by sun-dried group, dry-dried group and medium-wave infrared at 50 ℃. Conclusion: Considering the drying time, the appearance and the content of the effective components, it is recommended to dry the leaves of Angelica dahurica using hot air drying. The equipment is a temperature controlled hot and humid air dryer with the optimum temperature of 50 ℃ and humidity of 35%. The method may provide a reference for the formation of appropriate drying technical specifications of Chinese medicinal materials such as Angelica dahurica Root.
