采用N-甲基二乙醇胺(MDEA)和二乙醇胺(DEA)混合溶液脱除合成气中的H_2S、CO_2和COS达到净化效果。以实际运行的醇胺脱硫脱碳工况与AMSIM软件计算结果进行对比,结果表明,AMSIM软件计算结果与实际工况十分吻合。对新工况进行了模拟计算,分析了塔板数、吸收液量、醇胺溶液质量分数对CO_2吸收效率的影响。根据模拟结果综合考虑,将醇胺溶液质量分数提高至30%时达到净化要求,且较为经济,为装置的运行和改造提供了新的操作参数及设备参数。
The removal of H 2 S, CO 2 and COS from syngas by the mixed solution of N-methyldiethanolamine (MDEA) and diethanolamine (DEA) can achieve the purification effect. Compared with the results of AMSIM software in actual operation, the calculation results of AMSIM software show that the calculation results of AMSIM software are in good agreement with the actual conditions. The new conditions were simulated and the effects of plate number, absorption volume and alcohol amine mass fraction on CO 2 absorption efficiency were analyzed. According to the results of the simulation, when the mass fraction of alcoholamine solution is increased to 30%, the purification requirements are met, and the economy is relatively economical. New operation parameters and equipment parameters are provided for the operation and modification of the device.
