针对科尔沁油田调剖试剂需求 ,利用正交试验方法 ,研究了复合离子型调剖剂配方 .结果表明 ,影响调剖剂成胶性能的 6种因素主次关系依次为 :聚合物、非离子型交联剂、离子型交联剂、助剂 1、助剂 2和pH值调节剂 .确定了科尔沁油田调剖试验所用调剖剂最优配方 ,即w(聚合物 )为 0 .17% ,w(离子型交联剂 )为 0 .12 % ,w(非离子型交联剂 )为 0 .11% ,w(pH值调节剂 )为 0 .2 8% ,w(助剂 1)为 0 .0 4% ,w(助剂 2 )为 0 .0 0 1% .
According to the demand of profile control reagent in Horqin Oilfield, orthogonal test was used to study the formulation of compound ion profile control agent.The results showed that there were six main factors affecting the gelling performance of profile control agent: polymer, nonionic Crosslinking agent, ionic crosslinking agent, auxiliary agent 1, auxiliary agent 2 and pH adjusting agent.The optimal formula of profile control agent for profile control experiment of Horqin Oilfield was determined, namely, w (polymer) was 0.17% w (ionic crosslinking agent) was 0.12%, w (non-ionic crosslinking agent) was 0.11%, w (pH adjusting agent) was 0.28%, w 0. 0 4%, w (Additive 2) is 0. 001%.
