目的:分析目前多国指南对慢性肾衰竭开始透析指针的差异,探讨中医治疗慢性肾衰的优势。方法:根据目前多个地区或国家如中国(包括台湾)、英国、欧洲、美国、日本等对慢性肾衰竭开始透析治疗时机建议上的差异,分析当前过早或过迟透析的不利之处,同时结合中医治疗慢性肾衰竭的优势,并评估其在治疗中的地位。结果和结论:中医治疗慢性肾衰竭可以延缓其进入透析的时间,但仍需要高级别的临床研究证据。Differences of thepublication of opinion-based guidelines regarding the timing of dialysis treatment andadvantages from the traditional Chinese medicine to cure chronic renal failureOBJECTIVE:We analyze the differences of the publication of opinion-based guidelinesregarding the timing of dialysis treatment,and investigate the advantages from thetraditional Chinese medicine to cure chronic renal failure.METHODS:In this reviewaccording to the existing guidelines from several countries such as China,England,Europe,America,Japan and so on,which evaluate the timing of dialysis treatment,weanalyze the disadvantages of starting with relatively higher or lower renal function,meanwhile,we evaluate the status of traditional Chinese medicine to cure chronic renalfailure for its advantages.RESULTS and CONCLUSIONS:There are some disputes onearly versus late initiation of dialysis,It is concluded that initiation of dialysis should notdepend on a predefined magnitude of renal function,but should be tailored to theindividual patient.Traditional Chinese medicine may benefit on quality of life for patientsand slowing the time to initiate dialysis,and need more high-grade evidences of clinicalstudies.
