建立了花草茶中六六六、滴滴涕及三氯杀螨醇农药残留量的气相色谱分析方法。试样以石油醚(30~60℃)为提取剂,浓硫酸净化,采用RTX-1型毛细管分离,以ECD为检测器测定样品中六六六、滴滴涕及三氯杀螨醇农药残留量。结果表明,六六六、滴滴涕及三氯杀螨醇在0.02~1.00μg/mL范围内线性关系良好(R≥0.998 3),检出限为0.001~0.002μg/mL,加标回收率均为92.5%~110%。该方法操作便捷,适用范围广,适于花草茶中六六六、滴滴涕及三氯杀螨醇的农药残留检测。
A gas chromatography method for the determination of BHC, DDT and dicofol pesticide residues in Herbal tea was established. Samples were extracted with petroleum ether (30-60 ℃) and concentrated sulfuric acid. The samples were separated by capillary gas chromatography (RTX-1) and the residues of BHC, DDT and dicofol were determined by ECD detector. The results showed that the linear range of DDT and dicofol was 0.02 ~ 1.00μg / mL (R≥0.998 3), the detection limit was 0.001 ~ 0.002μg / mL, and the recovery rates were 92.5% ~ 110 %. The method has the advantages of convenient operation and wide application range, and is suitable for the detection of pesticide residues of BHC, DDT and dicofol in herbal tea.
